AMENDED REFUND POLICY DUE TO OIL SPILL

Due to oil spill in Gulf, we have amended our cancellation policy:
In the event of a crude oil landfall and the beach is closed by the federal, state, or local authorities as a result of the oil spill, we will make full refund or re-schedule for another time frame for your vacation. For guests who choose to re-schedule, we will use your initial rent advance or your full payment that we have received towards your new reservation. New reservations are obviously based on availabilities for requested time frame.

Currently our beaches in Panama City Beach are still beautiful and have not been affected by this disaster. May we please ask for continued prayer for all businesses and individuals along our beautiful gulf coast involved in this disaster...and also for everyone throughout our already burdened country who will be affected in some way. May God Bless and Grant Grace.
